I want a submit button on form such as timesheet, leave request, incident report etc that when pressed creates a PDF version of the form or send that form as it in that time to a folder location for a manger to then review.

I like the header footer suggestion, i found one of my specs had items added half way through which completely messed up the linking when based on page location.

I have 2 Multipage documents that are stacked within my set.
I have received the updated versions of these documents but am having trouble replacing them within my set.

Does anyone have recommend workflows on managing stacked multipage documents?

Maybe not as automated as i imagined, but it might be the way to go as i am finding the sequence doesn’t carry across my Set and each page the sequence resets because each page in my set is saved and treated as an individual document.

Do you have any work arounds for managing this with the sequence feature?

we are about to commence the onboarding of several new estimators and id like to be able to manage the influx of RFI’s that will likely come from them to be listed and reviewed by seniors estimators before being escalated to clients.

I think this might be a bluebeam to ipad issue, we are experiencing something similar with documents shared in teams and opened on the ipad. images on the PDF wont load but can be seen in the preview and on the PC no problem.

Please share solution if you find one

My current work-around was to combine all my individual worksheets into a new document.
*be sure to use filename as Page label for later*

This pulled all the hyperlinks into one place allowing my to select all and delete from the Links tab.

I then extracted the document and used the *Page Label* to save the file as.
