Since my comment above I&#8217;ve heard that, at least in the Beta version, that the Stitching feature does not maintain the layers and such &#8211; basically it is just automating the process that has been discussed previously&hellip;</p>

<p>They have told me that this was an overwhelming request from the Beta testers, so it will be going on a Rt. Click menu in 21.8</p>

<p>I was in a webinar yesterday and the Host (Stephanie) had it in the Document Menu directly under the Compare and Overlay headings. <br />I would love to have to activated because I can see this being used in Architectural as well as Civil. </p>

But before you get too excited, I don&#8217;t think the tool is ready, and there is no documentation anywhere showing how to use it yet. I very quickly tried to figure it out, but had to move to some other pressing work. </p>

<p>At #UNBOUND25 last week they announce a &#8220;stitching tool&#8221; that I thought they said is included in Revu 21.7, but I can&#8217;t seem to find it yet.  Perhaps it is still in the Beta test phase.</p>

First I&#8217;d establish standard scaled custom count tools &#8211; say 24&#8243; x 10 FT cable tray, 24&#8243; x 3 FT 90 tray bend, etc that could be placed on a scaled print.  End result would be a count of how many of each piece&hellip;</p>

I&#8217;ve been using some scaled markups that could perhaps be used to create your cable tray ladders.  Depending upon how they are setup you could use them for layout and developing material lists&#8230;</p>

If that does become too much effort, you can always use the snapshot tool to take what you want from a clean version of the linework or the legend.</p>

<p>Not directly civil but it is design and may have civil applications.  The attached example is actually a cable ladder tray (could be in a vault or data room as shown here).  I&#8217;m look for a tool that could have application in may trades, including civil.  My question is&#8230;.. what is best way to put the &#8220;ladder&#8221; object on a&hellip;</p>
