I assume that all documents included in a BB Studio Project are hosted in the cloud. Can these documents be redirected so that they are hosted on my server (or local drive) instead of, or in addition to, the cloud location?

For what it’s worth, I have tried this process on both my work computer (attached to a Sharepoint network) and my home computer (which is totally standalone). Both machines yield identical results.

I have about 40 copies of the same form, created in BB Revu, to which data has been added. I want to merge the data into Excel. Thus far, I can get the “merge data” tool to work properly IF I limit the process to about 6 forms, but when I try to merge all 40 (or even 15), the process goes awry.

Hey, Troy, I very much appreciate the new T&T’s on the Highlighter Tool.

A suggestion: How about another T&T related to the Arc tool? I can never get that tool to work for me. I remember seeing a good video a few years back that talked about how the arc tool could be controlled using the keyboard combinations, but I’ve forgotten everything.

When using Bluebeam SETS to combine multiple individual sheets, and after adding/replacing revision sheets, I want to print a full CURRENT SET, without the “superceded” sheets. Has anyone noticed particular content disappearing as you zoom-in in a pdf with BB Revu? In particular, I’ve noticed this on pdf’s that were created from Autocad drawings. Based on my testing, it does not appear that a BB Set can be added to a BB Studio Session. Has anyone had any success with this approach?
