<p>We may have identified a serious issue where Office 365 does not play well with Bluebeam version 21. Apparently, our Instrument &amp; Controls (I&amp;C) group uses macros in Excel to generate lists. These lists are then turned into PDFs using Bluebeam. The lists are incorrect, listing maybe 14 files, when there are 15 total. Rolling back to&hellip;</p>

The new tools stay in a certain toolchest but how do we get those to stay permanent?  </p>

It depends on what the user is doing where there is a better way. I learned how to replace page contents and that saved me time later on when I had some process design drawings to update. I ended up showing others how to do it and they updated&hellip;</p>
