    Folks,

We may have identified a serious issue where Office 365 does not play well with Bluebeam version 21. Apparently, our Instrument & Controls (I&C) group uses macros in Excel to generate lists. These lists are then turned into PDFs using Bluebeam. The lists are incorrect, listing maybe 14 files, when there are 15 total. Rolling back to version 20, the software played nice with Microsoft Office 365.

Has anyone else identified this issue? And if so, what fix did you apply?

    Thanks in advance.

Are you by chance converting them to PDF using the Stapler? Have you tried the BB plugin directly from Excel?

I have personally had issues with the stapler (Deactivated form fields printing, polygons disappearing) and had to remove it form my workflow, using the BB PDF printer instead. Support has been made aware, but no fixes yet.
