Hi All, one of my users has noticed that when he prints a doc to bluebeam images are censored out. I have checked the same on mine and i do not have this problem, is there a setting in bluebeam that I can change on my users bluebeam to prevent this from happening please?

Hi Doug, thanks for this. We are using SharePoint but users are sent multiple different file types from clients and they need to convert / combine the file into one revu document, currently when we go to save it we seem to have to save it in the users documents as opposed to directly into SharePoint. Do you have any suggestions around this please?

Hi All, One of my users has managed to blank their PDF file. Is there a way in BlueBeam to view version history and to restore it please? Any help as always is appreciated. Many thanks Tabz

Thanks David 🙂 I have just tried your suggestion and unfortunately I get a blank screen opening and the PDF back in BlueBeam locked 🙁 Here’s hoping one of the many excellent suggestions will work soon!

Hi Liz, thanks for that but still doesnt seem to want to work. There is a note at the top of the settings saying that “your browser is managed by your organization” which is the main difference between mine your screen shot. Do you think this is the problem?

Thanks Isaac, yes we are currently using the screenshot function. This is fine if its a single document but if it is multiple documents it can cause problems.

Our aim is to combine multiple separate documents into one PDF. Unfortunately some of our customers lock their documents which in turn greys everything out in BlueBeam and does not allow us to create that one document that we need. Troy recommended that I try and print to PDF to create a new document. I have also tried stapling to other files…
