Part of this may be that they are applying a wet seal and signature, but even their unsealed documents appear to be scanned &#8211; or at least are what I believe is called a &#8220;raster&#8221; print rather than a &#8220;vector&#8221; print.</p>

<p>If you open the Forms panel, you will see that each &#8220;field&#8221; has a name. Use copy/paste so that all the fields you want to match have the same name. That&#8217;s it, super simple.</p>

<p>Once you have all your tools built and placed in the Toolset, click on the properties gear to the right of the Toolset title. Then select Legend &gt; Create New Legend. So far so good.  Appears that they fixed the issue with the area markup where the shading was covering the linework as you applied the points.  The edge line that it is leaving as you select your boundary still appears to be a bit wide though&#8230;</p>

When you look in the markup list, though, you&#8217;ll see each time the markup&#8217;s status was changed, who changed it, and when. </p>
<p>You can make as many statuses as you want and they can be called whatever you want.</p>
