About UChapter2

Empowering the Construction Industry,
One Workflow at a Time

UC2 LOGO (transparent)

With over 30 years in the design and construction industry, I’ve learned that real progress doesn’t come from new software — it comes from people who know how to use it well.

At UChapter2, my mission is simple, to help design and construction professionals work smarter with Bluebeam Revu. I provide workflow-based Bluebeam training and customized tools that turn frustration into efficiency and guesswork into precision.

Every year, I personally train more than 4,000 professionals and build custom toolsets and workflows for over 35 companies looking to improve accuracy, predictability, and productivity. Through each implementation, I gain a deeper understanding of the obstacles, needs, and goals across different trades, continuously expanding my expertise and perspective as an industry leader.

My Bluebeam implementations are a commitment to incorporating the wisdom of experienced professionals to fast-track the knowledge and accuracy of the next generation. I don’t rewrite a company’s story, I build on their success story by creating a Chapter 2.

What I Do

I design workflow-based Bluebeam training that delivers immediate, measurable results. No fluff, no generic basics, just the knowledge and tools your team needs to get back to work more efficient than before.

My goal isn’t to change how you work, but to help you get more out of the software you already use every day.

Whether you’re brand new or just trying to get up to speed, my Bluebeam quick start framework helps you begin using Revu confidently, without hours of confusion or wasted trial and error.

I’ve had the privilege of presenting at Bluebeam’s global conference, Unbound (formerly XCON), every year since 2016 — delivering sessions that inspire users across the AEC industry to do more with Revu. My approach to Bluebeam customization has been called the “gold standard,” and I was honored to receive the Partnership Pro Award at the 2025 Unbound conference for my commitment and impact on the industry.

Over the years, I’ve built a network of more than 40,000 Bluebeam users worldwide, all connected by the same goal, to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively.

Beyond Training

I’ve authored 16 articles for Bluebeam’s blog, highlighting how different areas of the construction industry use Revu to transform their workflows. Those articles have since been translated into multiple languages and shared around the world, allowing me to help even more professionals discover what’s possible with Bluebeam.

Beyond training, I host one of the industry’s most comprehensive Professional Learning Communities for Bluebeam users, fostering continuous learning, connection, and collaboration.
This ecosystem includes free Bluebeam downloads, how-to videos and written guides, grant application assistance, company software assessments, self-paced digital courses, live events, and a thriving community called the Bluebeam Brainery.

When you work with me, you’re not hiring a corporation, you’re partnering with a professional who’s walked in your boots, understands your challenges, and knows how to build real solutions that make a lasting difference.

Giving Back

At UChapter2, giving back is at the heart of everything I do.
I believe success is measured not only by the businesses I help transform but also by the careers and lives I’m able to touch along the way.

Supporting Free Grace United

A portion of every UChapter2 project supports Free Grace United, an organization dedicated to helping people cross the line of faith and follow Jesus.

Through its four pillars, Church Planting, Free Grace Bible College, Free Grace Global, and Pine Lakes Camp, Free Grace United is making a lasting impact both locally and around the world.
They’re equipping leaders, spreading the Gospel, and creating transformative experiences for individuals and communities alike.

Their mission inspires me to use my own gifts to help others grow, in business, faith, and life.

Honoring Veterans Through Magnus

I’m also honored to support the Magnus Veterans Foundation, an organization dedicated to healing and honoring veterans and their families.

This cause is deeply personal to me,
it’s in memory of my brother, Major John P. Pippo.

During his 24-year career in the United States Army, John served in Korea, Kuwait, Iraq, Haiti, and Afghanistan, earning the Bronze Star for his exemplary service. He retired as a Major in 2014 and passed away on September 6, 2022. His legacy of service, strength, and compassion continues to inspire my work and the lives I strive to uplift.

Why I Do This

Because when people understand their tools, they build better things, faster, cleaner, and with more pride. And when we share what we’ve been given, we help build something even greater, a world shaped by purpose, service, and connection.
