Counting check marks disappear

    Counting check marks disappear

    I have one user that when using the counting option then either escaping or start a new command such as drawing a line the counting check marks disappear & the count is lost & he has to start over. I can’t duplicate this issue on my computer…assuming there is button he has selected that turns this off every time & I just don’t know where or what it is.
