Is there a way to set a custom status to multiple markups?

    Figured it out.
Select them in the Markups list, Rt. Click and set status.

Still learning this Status thing, quite useful

Is there a way to “undo” a status change @bluebeamsupportuchapter2-com ? I started toying around with status settings on a few of my takeoff items and now I don’t seem to be able to remove them…

Nope! You can only change the status to some other status.

Seems as if that the ability to “clear” or “reset” a status should be a setting that you select with your document – similar to the way you can select to make “unflatten” available.

Not being able to change or delete a status seems to be very unforgiving and inflexible – not something Revu is known for. 😕

@David Cutler can you create your own custom column with the appropriate status options? Leaving a blank (or single space) option in there?

While that sounds possible @Vince the “status” appears to be a running record of all statuses that have been applied with the most recent status being what would be displayed. So while your “current” status would be “blank” you’d still have the previous statuses listed in the column.

Outside of Sessions, I would agree that it’d be nice to be able to clear a status. But, if you’re not in a session, you could just delete and recreate the markup to effectively clear the status.
