  Layers Resetting

  I have a template setup with the layers exactly how I want them – main items then child layers as necessary. If I look to edit the template everything is there as I want it.

  However, when I create a new document from the template all of the layers reset so that there is just one long list – the parent and child setup disappears.

  This used to work but has stopped recently for some reason.

  Am I missing something or has anyone else come across this problem?
