You should just be able to do a Save As as normal – what happens when you try this?

Hi Vince thanks for getting back to me.

As I save the newly merged drawings it lets me save as but when I send it to my email on my iPad when I open it just overlays both drawings on top of Eachother.

I’m not sure which process you are using to make the new drawing but have you tried flattening the new one?

If you want to send it to me so I can see what happens when I open it – I’d be happy to have a look.

I think this might be a bluebeam to ipad issue, we are experiencing something similar with documents shared in teams and opened on the ipad. images on the PDF wont load but can be seen in the preview and on the PC no problem.

Please share solution if you find one

I have the same problem with images not showing on some drawings and that is on a windows laptop.

Sometimes nothing shows up. Other times only my markups are displayed.

I’ve been in contact with the Bluebeam technical team and they just think it may be a hardware problem and can’t offer any solutions.

I’ve sent of the specs for my computer and they’ve confirmed that it is more than capable of doing everything that it should.

        Sounds frustrating @Vince !

Luckily most of the time mine works as I expect it too…

    Welcome to the Community @jacklee9823icloud-com

I don’t deal with the iPad much at all, so this seems like an unfortunate glitch beween the two operating systems. Did you have any luck with @Vince suggestion to flatten the document before opening it on the iPad?
