Adding JavaScript to Multiple Form Buttons

I created a small script that allows a Form Button to change from a blank button to a filled circle or an open circle (each click cycles through the options). Works great, except that when I copy the button, the JavaScript action doesn’t come with.

Does anyone know of a way to apply a script action to multiple buttons, or how to copy a button and maintain the script action?

Are you copying the button within a single PDF? Or between different PDFs?

  Single file, same page even. Script won’t come with the copied button.
