I am trying to input a formula to convert a sum of values from minutes to hours. I was able to get the sum of several text fields but now need to figure out how to convert that sum value to hours.

I know how to do this, but it depends on how your PDF is set up. Do you mind sharing your file?

Actually, here’s a screenshot of how I’d do it.

I’m assuming you’re using the “Calculation Field” option. But what you want is the “Simplified Field Notation” option instead.

I created a hidden field labeled “Total Minutes” at the bottom of the form and set the visibility to hidden. Then in your total field, I wrote “Total Minutes” / 60.

I overcomplicated it, wrote the formula in the wrong format and nothing worked. That’s when I introduced @soncanaircomech-com to the Brainery and all you smart Bluebeamers!

      Thank you @lizlarsen
