Building Up Mental Health in the Construction Industry
A Behind the Build Session to Kick Off Mental Health Awareness Month
The construction industry invests heavily in physical safety, but mental health is a conversation that is still evolving.
This Behind the Build session takes a different approach from our typical workflow and Bluebeam-focused topics, focusing instead on something that impacts every jobsite, every team, and every company.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, construction continues to rank among the highest industries for suicide rates. This session will explore the current state of mental health in construction, helping to break down stigma through real stories, open conversation, and practical insight.
We will also share actionable steps companies and leaders can take to begin building a culture that supports mental health, not just in policy, but in everyday practice.
This session is designed for contractors, project managers, estimators, and industry leaders who want to better understand the challenges facing their teams and take meaningful steps forward.
