Current Position |
As the Civil BIM Lead in BG & E’s NSW Transport group, I am a key part of the strategic Digital Engineering leadership across their diverse and dynamic team. I work collaboratively with project teams and internal groups to implement effective Information Management across their project delivery workflows, linking common data environments and EDMS interfaces.
In addition, I contribute to the broader industry through the Digital Engineering leadership group of buildingSMART Australasia, promoting and encouraging the use of effective and functional openBIM standards to deliver project design and documentation on time and to the highest quality. I have also worked closely with TAFE NSW to develop a career pathway for students to enter the built environment space via a structured training framework.

Job Experience |
I am a Digital Engineering, Project Systems and Information Management Specialist with over 20 years industry experience. I work collaboratively with project teams and internal groups to implement effective Information Management across their project delivery workflows, linking common data environments such as ProjectWise, SharePoint, BIM360 and EDMS interfaces like TeamBinder and Aconex.
I contribute to the broader industry through the Digital Engineering leadership group of buildingSMART Australasia, promoting and encouraging the use of effective and functional openBIM standards to deliver project design and documentation on time and to the highest quality. I have worked closely with TAFE NSW to develop a career pathway for students to enter the built environment space via a structure training framework, and, since 2014, this has provided opportunities to 14 students.
I have championed the use of Bluebeam Revu to deliver an efficient, integrated and cost-effective process to review documentation quickly and accurately without the need for paper or meeting rooms. To promote this across the industry I founded the Bluebeam User Group Sydney to share ideas, processes and workflows and we have been very successful in growing a diverse membership and recently won a global award at the 2019 Bluebeam Extreme Conference in Washington DC.
