Behind the Build is
Looking for Speakers

Share What Works. Help the Industry Move Forward.

At UChapter2, we’re focused on one thing, helping
people get more value from the tools they already use.

Our community is made up of estimators, project managers, engineers, architects, VDC teams, and field leaders who are actively looking for better ways to work. Most of them are self-taught. Many don’t realize what’s possible yet.

That’s where you come in.

If you’ve built workflows that save time, improve accuracy, or found a better way to get the job done in Bluebeam Revu, we’d be honored to learn from you and help you share it with the industry. Also, if you have unique topics, outside of Bluebeam, that resonate with the design/construction industry, we want you too.

Why Speak With UC2?

Speaking with UC2 isn’t just presenting a webinar. It’s becoming part of a trusted professional network focused on practical, actionable education.

As a UC2 speaker, you may have the opportunity to:

  • Host live design & construction-focused webinars
  • Lead specialized workflow training sessions
  • Present at virtual or in-person training events
  • Contribute to on-demand courses
  • Participate in panel discussions
  • Engage with our growing professional community

We focus on practical training that helps industry workers move forward, not theory, not fluff.

What You’ll Gain

Speaking with UC2 is also a way to grow your own impact.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Build credibility in your space
  • Expand your professional network
  • Increase visibility for your company
  • Contribute to raising the standard of how our industry works
  • Be featured across UC2 webinars, email campaigns, and social content
  • Explore compensation opportunities where applicable

More than anything, you’ll be helping move the industry forward, one workflow at a time.

Who This Is For

You don’t need to be a professional speaker.

But you do need to bring something real.

We’re looking for professionals who:

  • Use Bluebeam Revu in real projects, not just in theory
  • Have built workflows that improve speed, accuracy, or consistency
  • Understand how work actually gets done in construction and design
  • Are willing to share field or office, real world experiences.
  • Can explain things clearly, like you’re helping a teammate
  • Are willing to share both what worked, and what didn’t

If you’ve ever said, “There’s got to be a better way,” and then found one, this is for you.

Topics We’re Exploring

We’re always open to new ideas, but here are a few areas our audience consistently values:

  • Advanced Bluebeam workflows
  • Estimating and takeoff strategies
  • Field-to-office communication
  • Mental Health
  • Markup standards and Studio Sessions
  • Web and Mobile implementation
  • Jobsite Safety
  • Document control and version management
  • Construction technology integrations
  • Workflow automation and efficiency

If your topic doesn’t fit neatly into one of these, don’t worry. Some of the best sessions we’ve had didn’t. Session about Mental Health or Safety have been popular subjects.

What Makes a Great UC2 Session?

Our audience is busy. They’re not looking for inspiration alone; they’re looking for something they can use right away.

The sessions that land best usually include:

  • Real project examples
  • Step-by-step demonstrations
  • Measurable improvements, time saved, errors reduced, rework avoided
  • Real-world issues that affect our team members
  • Issues beyond the drawings & documents
  • Clear, straightforward explanations
  • Honest lessons learned
  • Tools, templates, or ideas they can apply immediately

If someone can walk away and improve their workflow the same day, that’s a win.

Our Commitment

UC2 exists to help people get more out of Bluebeam, workflows, and the people built around it.

That means we prioritize:

  • Clear, actionable education
  • Professional, respectful delivery
  • Real-world application
  • Zero sales pressure during sessions

If your goal is to help people do better work, you’ll fit right in.
