Jessica CoulthardProject CoordinatorJessica Coulthard is a Project Coordinator with more than 15 years of experience in the electrical industry, working with contractors, distributors, agents, and manufacturers. Throughout her career, she has consistently identified gaps in everyday workflows where repetitive tasks and manual calculations created inefficiencies outside of traditional CRM, ERP, and estimating systems.
Recognizing the need for simpler and more effective processes, Jessica began developing internal tools and systems designed to reduce repetitive work, improve accuracy, and streamline data handling. Guided by the principle of “Only Touch It Once,” she focuses on creating practical solutions that eliminate unnecessary steps and make information easier to track, calculate, and verify.
Her approach centers on building clear, repeatable systems that help teams work more efficiently while maintaining visibility into the underlying data and calculations.

Only Touch It Once – Project Management Tools (Utilizing AI to Write Scripts)
Learn how AI-assisted scripting can automate project task lists, dashboards, Gantt charts, and reminder emails using interactive Google Sheets.
Most project teams touch the same information far too many times.
A task gets assigned. Someone sends a reminder. The schedule changes. Another email goes out. A spreadsheet gets updated. Then someone follows up again.
What if your workflow handled more of that automatically?
Join us for this Behind the Build session as we explore how AI-assisted scripting can be used to create practical project management tools inside Google Sheets. You’ll see real-world examples of task tracking, dashboard reporting, Gantt charts, and automated reminder emails designed to reduce repetitive administrative work and improve project visibility.
This particular workflow started with a simple challenge: creating a project checklist that could automatically assign tasks and send reminder emails based on project schedules.
The result became a powerful project management system that helps teams stay organized, improve accountability, and spend less time manually managing information.
