Polylength Measurement Not Holding Default Settings

Have a weird one that came up with a new Bluebeam user that’s trying to switch from OST. When they are starting a Polylength takeoff, they markup where it’s needed, input the subject and label, and it shows up in the markups list. If they save it into a toolset or use the recent toolset, it shows the popup description when you hover over the item. However, when you attempt to markup another linear condition and complete the takeoff, that new markup removes all info in the subject and label. I’ve tried setting the default and it seems not to be working. Bluebeam functions normally with all other takeoff markups, it’s only the Polylength measurement that’s the problem

Has anyone found this bug/issue before?

I haven’t run into that one, but it sounds like a bug. Have they installed any updates, or is this a new bug?

    Very interesting problem @matt-hackman

Actually it sounds like a nightmare! Something like this would stop me in my tracks!

    A couple of questions:

    – What version is this person using?

    – Are they setup with the same profile as others in your company?

    – Have you submitted this one directly to Bluebeam yet?

    Please keep us posted!

They are running 20.2.50 which our company offers 20.2.85 so we are working to get them the updated version and hopefully that solves the issue.

Regarding the other question…they are using the Revu Advanced profile, our department does not have a standard profile.

Updating sounds like a good first step. Hopefully that does the trick!

I was a bit worried that your new user had found a way to break the latest version. That would have a number of us very scared!

        Please keep us posted Matt.

Hi Matt. Did upgrading to the current version of Revu solve this problem?
