Studio Session – International Colaboration

Hey all! It’s been a while since I was here and quite frankly I miss this a lot.

My question today is about colab internationally. One of my coworkers (located in the U.S) was invited to a session that was created in Turkey. On the Session invitation, there’s a Session number (that looks legitimate) and a server location in Germany.

My coworker cannot access the Session. Not by clicking on the invitation and not by selecting the join the Session and plugging in the Session number.

Is there a hang-up due to the server locations? Is there a way to circumvent it, or workaround it?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi @Roye

I’ve joined in a few sessions which were being hosted in the US but I’ve got an account set up on the US server as well as my UK one.

I’m not 100% sure but I don’t think my UK account will let me join a US session.

Thank you for the reply Vince! Do you need a separate User credentials? Or can you register your username on the UK and US servers?

I’ve registered with the same details on both.
