    Replaced Choice fields with check boxes

    Hi Everyone!

    Recently I helped out a client who wanted to utilize something similar to Bluebeam’s provided submittal stamp but instead of choice fields they wanted to be able to select multiple options, ie. check boxes, instead. After banging my head against a wall for longer than I’d care to admit I managed to figure it out so I figured I would share it with you folks in case anyone finds it useful at some point. Make sure to change the form field names as well as the code if you want to customize it, and let me know if you have any questions or suggestions to improve!
