Trading my current tower for a new one. I’ve exported my profile to a network location so that I’m able to import it onto the new machine. Is there anything else related to Revu that I should export separately before I unregister my license from the computer? I want to ensure that I don’t loose anything… 😎

I also exported all of my toolboxes to a network directory. Too much time invested in them to not have them saved someplace remote…

profiles, custom stamps,… anything like that should also be exported.
You can also Export your Preferences for Import into the new computer

Thank you for the suggestions @Doug McLean

I hadn’t thought about my custom stamps.

Good to know about the preferences too!

Copying the contents of the following folders gets you everything:

    “C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Bluebeam\Revu\21”
    C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Bluebeam Software\Revu\21″

Revu > Preferences > Admin > Options tab > Backup

This workflow will create a zip file with _most_ everything you need to recreate your exact setup including custom tool chest groups. I don’t recommend using Export as you pass up a lot.

I also created shortcuts on my desktop for these folders. I seem to go into them often.
