Revu “Snapshot” not resetting

Part of my storm sewer takeoff workflow involves cross referencing plan view sheets and profile views. I use a count tool to number the profiles and then paste a “Snapshot” of the count value on the plan view for quick cross reference – and future use. Yesterday afternoon the “Snapshot” tool seemed to stop working – I’d select the snapshot tool from the toolbar or using the “G” hot key, select the area with the count markup on the profile sheet and then navigate back to the plan sheet. When I paste the snapshot it adds the previous image over and over – it’s not refreshing.

So I closed all my files, restarted Revu and started the process over again. Snapshot works great to capture and paste the first image that I need, and then nothing…

Any thoughts? I can’t restart Revu every time I need to take a new snapshot! Running Revu 21.6.1

Hi @DavidCutler , yes, I’ve also had issues with this. I think that sometimes it has to be an issue to do with the drawing being used – I first noticed this on a set of drawings that I was trying to stitch together when training. Everyone else had the same problem. Maybe there is something in the background of these drawings that Bluebeam doesn’t like as a lot of the drawings that I have issues with seem to take up a lot of memory – 8 or 9mb each before any markups are applied.
