Save As dialog Issues
When printing to the Bluebeam PDF Printer the Save As dialog does not appear making it hard to generate a PDF.
To solve the issue, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Windows Start and type Bluebeam Administrator into the search bar.
- Right-click Bluebeam Administrator and select Run as Administrator.
- Click the Printer tab in the Bluebeam Administrator and make sure the Prompt for file name and Open in viewer options are selected.
- Right-click the Reinstall Printer button and select Uninstall Printer.
- After the printer has been uninstalled, select Reinstall Printer to reinstall it.
- In the Port Monitor section, click Restart.
The Port Monitor will not work unless the BBPrint.exe process is running. Do not remove this from the list of startup items.
- Select Apply and OK to apply your settings and close the Bluebeam Administrator.
