Just wanted to share a little something that I recently ran into and worked through BB Support to get resolved.
If you are an Org Admin for your BB licensing and also utilize SSO, going to the base address for BB Cloud of app.bluebeam.com will actually re-direct you to the Org Admin page/address app.bluebeam.com/org-admin/home. I tried multiple browsers, clearing cache, etc., nothing worked.
Apparently this is the expected behavior now. Not sure when it changed, but the Org Admin access was org-admin.bluebeam.com previously. You can still use that address, but it will re-direct you to the app.bluebeam/org-admin/home address.
For Org Admins to access BB Cloud, you actually need to use app.bluebeam.com/documents, which will then let you sign in with SSO and take you directly to BB Cloud.
Gotta love it when they change things like this!
