ASPE Estimating Academy, Practical Estimating and Bluebeam Workflows for Construction Estimators

ASPE Estimating Academy is a focused, in-depth learning experience built specifically for construction estimators who want to sharpen their skills, improve accuracy, and better understand how estimates turn into successful bids. The Academy brings together estimators, industry professionals, and subject-matter experts for a full day centered on practical, real-world estimating education.

I’ll be attending the ASPE Estimating Academy as both an instructor and exhibitor, teaching two sessions, Uncovering the Magic of Estimating in Bluebeam Revu and Bluebeam, The Other 85%, while also spending time at my booth connecting with estimators throughout the day. These courses are designed to help estimators better understand how Bluebeam fits into the estimating process, from quantity takeoffs and revisions to drawing interpretation and workflow consistency.

During the courses I’m teaching, the focus is on practical concepts estimators can apply immediately, uncovering time-saving techniques, reducing rework caused by drawing changes, and helping estimators see capabilities inside Bluebeam they may not even realize they already have. The goal isn’t to add complexity, it’s to help estimators work more confidently and efficiently with the tools they’re already using.

Between sessions, my booth becomes a place for one-on-one conversations about estimating challenges, workflow gaps, and opportunities to improve speed and accuracy without disrupting existing processes. If you’re attending the ASPE Estimating Academy, stop by to continue the conversation, ask questions specific to your estimating workflow, and explore how focused training and better alignment between tools and processes can make a real difference in day-to-day estimating work.

The event is finished.
