Co-worker has tried to sign in multiple times, button flashes, then just shows “Sign In” again, no error. Tried switching / resetting profile and computer restart, no luck. Anyone have this issue and able to solve it without re-install?

Unfortunately, the stamp shows as an Markup once its dropped. Normally with Adobe we could use removeannot to ‘possibly’ get it done, but Revu unfortuately does not have any annot methods available yet. We are pushing and hoping for this functionality soon, but no timeline heard yet.

I would agree here, plenty you can do with a CSV file, but without the getAnnots method, your scripts will never even see the markups.

The script route would only work if they fixed the arguments for it so that it can reference specific pages. I think the defaults might be your only option, and it would be a two step manual process.

I don’t know if it’s exactly what you need, but you can save defaults in the Header and Footer preferences. If I was making the workflow for myself, I might make one that I apply to Page 1, and another that I would apply to the rest of the pages. Again though, if it has graphics, template might be the only way.

Is there a reason you can’t flatten them and run Batch hyperlink? It should not flatten permanently, so you should be able to unflatten afterwards.

I don’t have to make any consistent adjustments to get it working, but I don’t use it a whole bunch.

Possible that running though the stapler and printing as a Revu PDF would fix this. This will permanently flatten markups though so just a quick export before trying.

You don’t have graphics cards in these systems do you? I think both Nvidia and AMD have Alt+Z Shortcuts that interfere but can be disabled. Probably not it, but I wonder if its another program in general stepping on programmatic toes.

I am the only one here who made the switch to 21.1, not seeing this in mine. It still shows the shortcut in the context menu?

I may be under complicating this, but I did three custom columns, one for input and the other two referencing the value, it seems to work ok on my end.

LOL that was a Sam Park (Wayyy back in Revu Support history) suggestion for some problems I was having when I first started using Revu. Always my go to now for weird docs.

The stapler is the only thing that allows you to specifically select the printer used, just be careful with layers, had an issue lately where deactivated form field layers show when using stapler.

When you do document properties, what is the printer that published, just out of curiosity?

I wonder if you threw them in the stapler up front and created a Revu PDF if that would help.
