Create your full-day schedule by choosing from sessions led by U.S. CAD’s Bluebeam Certified Instructors (BCIs). Sessions will include topics such as:

Bluebeam Revu Basics

“Where do I start?” and  “Am I doing this right?” these questions will be answered. We’ll navigate through Revu’s intuitive interface to familiarize you with markup and measurement tools. Work smarter armed with your newfound knowledge of Revu. PDF creation is only the beginning. This class is geared for the newer user.

Dueling Bluebeam Studios

Project collaboration is easy. Troy DeGroot and Ron Couillard show you how quickly you can set up a project and perform design review without involving paper. You’ll even learn to allow multiple project members the ability to use markup and editing tools on your plans in real-time. This “duel” is fast-paced and fun.

Preparing Your Documents for Use in the Field

Project document management starts in the office, and your field team will appreciate how perfectly you’ve setup documents for them! Learn to prepare construction project documents for your field crews.

Bluebeam Revu for the Civil Engineer/Designer

Bluebeam Revu is only for architects and general contractors? Hardly. Learn where Revu fits in with civil work. Dirt, roadwork, grading? Yes please.

Takeoffs and Estimations

One of the foundations of Bluebeam Revu. You’ll learn to calibrate drawing sets for accuracy then use the measurement tools in Revu for takeoffs. Leave this session knowing how to set up and perform takeoffs and estimating tasks with Revu.

Punch Workflows/Custom Tools

Project closeout the easy way. Learn the workflows and where custom tools come into the mix. Delivery closeout documents like a pro.

Tips & Tricks for Using Revu in any AEC Discipline

Someone once said, “small hinges swing big doors”.  This session, a perennial favorite, is packed with tips and tricks that will make a big difference in everyday workflows. Users from beginner to guru will learn several coveted time-saving tips. You’ll leave this session with an invaluable list of streamlined workflows. Already an experienced Bluebeam Revu user? You’ll likely walk away from this fun session learning tips and tricks you didn’t know existed.  The math involved: 12 tips that save 15 minutes per work day, that’s 75 minutes per week, 150+ hours per year (that’s 60+ hours), or a week and a half every year!
