I want to use custom status in a Session. Do you know if I need to assign the same status for all, individual sheets in different folders, or is it enough to apply it to one sheet in the Session and the rest will follow suit?

The Status is applied to the individual markups, not the sheet as a whole, so you would need to update each individual markup on each sheet. I hope I’m understanding your question correctly!

Troy, I think I didn’t explain myself correctly. I want to create a custom status for a Session with multiple files. So if I save my custom status to one file and upload it to the session, will that be available for all the files uploaded? Or do I need to staple them into one file, save that status in the file and then upload the file.

Gotcha, yes the Status needs to be loaded into each document. The Status lives in the document, not the Session. #suggestions@bluebeam.com 🤣
