This is not an exhaustive how-to, but rather a collection of methods to interact with external files using JavaScript.

    The methods used are:

    • Insert external PDFs based on check boxes.
    • Insert text from a .txt file.
    • Populate a dropdown box and text field with data from a CSV file.
    • Populate a dropdown box and text field with data from a JSON file.

As always, if anyone has any questions, just let me know! I’m happy to help anyone dive into the world of JavaScript in Bluebeam 😁

this is an awesome post. My only question is has there been any fix (or work around) to add pages that have Form elements on them without bluebeam going into a death freeze?
