Bluebeam Cloud – feature comparison

  • Bluebeam Cloud – feature comparison

Over the past couple days I’ve been playing around with Bluebeam Cloud on a company iPad. I started getting frustrated that the availability of features varies wildly based on computer vs Android vs iPad, and can even vary between iPad app vs iPad browser.

I created this comparison matrix just to help me keep it all straight.

Anything that has a yellow “?” means I believe that feature is available, but that it’s being glitchy for me.

Unfortunately, the features that were glitchy are all of the markup features, which basically renders Cloud useless on mobile for me 🤷‍♀️

I forgot to add that I have Revu 21 Complete.

For a breakdown of features based on subscription level, see this link.

Makes you wonder if many of these are the reasons that Bluebeam Cloud really hasn’t taken off like they thought it would.
People want their software to work, not be glitchy.

This is some awesome value @lizlarsen Thank you for sharing! They must hate to see it, but the developers need this information to make the product better. Just like the early days of Revu.

Wow! This is very interesting to see! We’ve been trying to adopt some more Bluebeam Cloud practices… but I also have been frustrated by the lack of mark-up ability! You can’t even take a scaled dimension on Bluebeam cloud!!!

Hopefully they will continue to develop and it can become more useful.
