  How to change your BBID email address

  Need to change your existing BBID email address? Follow these steps:

  1. Go to accounts.bluebeam.com
  2. Enter your current BBID email address and click Next.
  3. Re-enter your email address if it’s not already prefilled and select Next.
  4. Enter your BBID password and click Sign In.
  5. Under Email, select Change. Enter a new email address and select Save. You’ll receive an email containing a link to validate your new email address. You’ll also need to make sure the account does not already have a Studio account assigned to it.
  6. Go to the new account’s inbox, open the validation email and click on Change My Bluebeam ID.

     If you didn’t receive an email, check your Spam folder or contact your administrator to make sure do-not-reply@bluebeamops.com is not being blocked.

  7. In Revu, log into Studio with your new email address.
