  Microsoft export options not showing

  When trying to export a PDF as a Microsoft Excel, Word, or PowerPoint document, the options under File -> Export don’t show listed. If this happens, you’ll need to reset the Revu settings.

  Open Revu and click on the Revu menu -> Preferences.

  look for Admin in the left sidebar of the Preferences window.

  In the Options tab, select Backup and choose a location to save the .zip folder containing your settings backup.

  Click Reset.

  Save.

  If resetting does not work, run an online repair for Microsoft Office.

  Close Revu.

  In the Windows search bar type “Control Panel”, and open it.

  Select Programs and Features.

  Right click Office, Microsoft Office, or Microsoft 365 Apps and select Change.

  Select Yes to allow the app to make changes to your device.

  In the Microsoft window, select the Online Repair option.

  Select Repair.

  When the online repair completes, restart your computer and test the export.
