    anyone had this issue where Revu is not printing the text inside a textbox?

    It’ll print the box, but not the text itself.

    I even tried it with the Typewriter tool.

    That person is running Revu 20 Standard

    What is this “printing” thing that you ask about? I’ve heard of some old process where people put images on paper, but that was like back in the 90’s. 🤣

    I can’t say I’ve had that issue – but I’m also running Revu 21 at this point.

      Yeah, its not me.
      We do still actually print things for the shop from time to time.

    Hi Doug,

    Was this working without issue and suddenly stopped? This is usually tied a problem with your printer driver. Make sure that you have the latest driver for your printer and then delete and reinstall the printer. If this does not resolve the issue, does the result change when printing as an image and does the text show in the print preview?

      Pretty sure the driver is up to date as its a network printer, but who knows.

      The text does show in the Print Preview window.
      I’ll have him try the Print as image though

    A couple of follow up questions @Doug McLean

    Can the user print text boxes that others created without issues?

    Are they only having problems with 1 file, or is it every file that they open?

    Is this happening with every markup or just text boxes?

    If someone else opens the file on another machine are they able to print successfully?

    I don’t necessarily have any suggestions based on your responses, but might spark an answer in someone else… 🤣

        I forgot to ask if they tried closing all the windows, restarting their machine, and then re-launching Revu? 🤣

        What’s funny, or perhaps not funny, is that sometimes I find restarting my computer clears glitches like these up…
