Toolset tools not displaying
We had a weird one yesterday.
One of my Estimators had a glitch where his saved tolls weren’t displaying their attributes when he re placed them on the drawing.
He did everything right, but when when he went to reuse the tool, neither then Subject or the Label would come back with the tool?
He did email the help desk, but does anyone have any ideas?

What else was weird was then when I did it on my computer, I could use the saved tools

Yeah, it was pretty weird.
He’s running the latest version of 2020, same as me.
Probably some weird dll file that went wonky

Quick update.
The Bluebeam team got back to us this morning. They had him do an Admin reset to his Revu and it worked like a charm. It even fixed another issue he was having with his OCR function.
Crazy issue for sure, and a very frustrating one.
