Troy’s Take Aways:
- Toyota Kata principle, I’m paraphrasing, Start with the end in mind. This is an important approach to every process including Bluebeam customization.
- Doug’s process turned 2-3 days of error-pron data entry into 20-30 minutes with trusted accuracy!
- Shout out to @Vince on your collaboration to move everyone forward. I appreciate both of you in the Brainery.
- Create a custom toolset with a project name to save project specific tools. Temporary for project use, or evaluation for future standards.
