Quick thought as we enter the new year

  • Quick thought as we enter the new year

I just shared a post on Bluebeam New Year’s Resolutions, but not in the “here’s a list to fix everything” sense, more as a set of reminders and areas worth pausing on.

    Things like:

    • How consistent our tools really are
    • Whether we trust our measurements
    • Tasks we repeat without thinking
    • How intentionally we collaborate
    • Where training might actually help

Not all of these apply to every team, and none of them need to be tackled at once. The value is simply in being more intentional about how Bluebeam fits into your day-to-day work.

I’m curious, as you look at your own workflows right now:

    • What’s one area you know could be better if you gave it a little attention this year?
    • Or what’s one thing you’ve already dialed in that others might overlook?

No right answers here, just comparing notes.

For 2026, I plan on learning more about Task Link workflows with the GoCanvas integrations. I believe there are significant benefits to these tools working together.

As for what I feel I have dialed in, my Pinned documents, organized into categories, are working really well for me. It keeps all my documents at my fingertips when I teach or when someone asks a question on the fly.
