The stapler is the only thing that allows you to specifically select the printer used, just be careful with layers, had an issue lately where deactivated form field layers show when using stapler.

That is so strange, and new to me. What about “My Toolchest” shortcuts?

Oh, you have stumbled on one of my pet peeves….
Adding groups can only be done on the “Attendees” tab, modifying groups can only be done on the “Permissions” tab.
For projects Groups are added in the “User Access” Tab
But also for quick access, use the “Add People” button to get the option to directly invite from groups pop up

I normally copy the files twice with *.copy1Points: 8,204Rank: UC2 Brainery Purple Belt IIIThey could even have the exact same name and Revu will open the file just fine. as long as the path is different. Not only that, but even beyond the excellent recommendations before me, you can open up multiple instances of Revu (if you for example, wanted your toolchests to be next to every file).

Also I know there is some kind of trick with the choice columns to make it only appear when the subjects match between active markup and the choice item although I don’t usually go deep enough in workflows to test that properly.

When markups are grouped, they are all added to whatever is the “Top-most” layer in the group. Pretty sure this means the layer last added, which should be the lowest on the list. No matter the priority that you group them, or which markup is primary at the time. Unfortunately no way to nest layers within the group.

I have personally had issues with the stapler (Deactivated form fields printing, polygons disappearing) and had to remove it form my workflow, using the BB PDF printer instead. Support has been made aware, but no fixes yet.

I also missed, but had full intention of being there. Is there any way during the sign up process you can add an email notification with a calendar item attached? That way I could receive notification before it starts since I am ADHD as all get out and would lose my head if not attached.

Mine seems to work exactly as you describe though and defaults to the normal templates folder. Corruption possible?

(Which is usually hidden because “AppData” is a hidden file)

When you do document properties, what is the printer that published, just out of curiosity?
I wonder if you threw them in the stapler up front and created a Revu PDF if that would help.

You hit the nail on the head, super annoying IMO

Yeah that’s a weird permission, I’ll have to look but I don’t remember a “Restrict Groups” option
