Even though the interface has been updated in Bluebeam Revu 2018, the same steps apply as shown in this video. In this video, I show a crucial workflow to maximize the navigation of large or small sets of drawings. I go over the process to Create New Page Labels and Create Hyperlinks automatically in one quick workflow. If you have problems with your hyperlinks printing, hang on to the end where I’ll show a quick TIP to set hyperlinks to NOT print.
