Nic, you’re going to want to use the Subject and Label columns to name your tools.

The Comments column is kinda funky with the way it work.
The other thing to keep in mind is to always use measurement tools over shape tools because it will allow you both the Subject and Label

What exactly would you be importing back to the drawings?

How would you be editing the xml file?

its most likely an Excel issue.
Could honestly be caused by any number of issues really, including a server hiccup.

Linked Excel documents can be a pain.

    Simple answer is no.

More complicated answer is yes, but you’ll have to go into your spreadsheet that you’re using Quantity Link with and update the Space reference as Troy said.

This is one of the many reasons I prefer to use Power Query over Quantity Link

    In a word, yes.

As has been mentioned, all you’ll need to do is to change your source file and all the links will work.

One thing you may want to learn for future use, is how to unlink the Excel workbook from Revu.

Like I said Isaac, it only happens if you open a file from the DMS toolbar.
I believe the character limit is 105, but don’t hold me to that.

My best suggestion is to be cognizant of it and not create a bunch of unnecessary folders in the file path.

I think the bigger problem is the part that we add at the beginning.
It goes right back to the http:// and counts all of those as characters.

There is no issue with the name length if I open the file through Windows File Explorer, only when we open it through the DMS portal.

If we could reassign this to a relative reference, that would be great

wow, that’s hardly any…. our next one is Easter, which is in April this year.

We now get 11 ‘Statutory’ holidays a year here in BC, union workers usually get at least two more.

well it is very expensive, but for your $800 US per person, you should get a lot.
My wife was just looking at an HR conference here in Vancouver that was $1100 CAD for two days, but they have paid speakers, which Bluebeam does not do really.

I for one would LOVE to see it go ahead, I’m just wondering how much Nemetscheck is pulling the strings though
