Your image looks great, I would just have to better understand the difference in the results from the regular overlay function. Lots of cool stuff you can do with the color modifications. Great value in this post @isaac-harned

I’m on the latest update for Revu 20 and not having any issues. I was having issues printing from Revit in the Revu 21 plugins, so I had to uninstall it.

Inconsistent results, presenters nightmare!
Nothing worse than setting up the anticipation of a great trick, and it’s greyed out. 😰

You can add a stamp to your toolset. If you add it to your MyTools, you will have a keyboard shortcut for each one. Not a great answer, but that is the only way I can think of to achieve close to what you’re looking for.

I wasn’t able to watch live, but I hope to catch the recording when they send it out. The fact that it was underwhelming is disappointing, but I agree with @David Cutler that we have some power users in this discussion. I will also say, that I’m excited to have @Doug McLean presenting next month which will not disappoint!
PQ and BI are both this I’m interested in, but need to find the bandwidth to explore more.

I’m not sure what the question is @isaac-harned
Are you sending a Toolset to a Toolbar?
*For those that don’t know you can click on the gear on the top-right of your Toolset and Pin it to a Toolbar.

You guys are all awesome, I love reading through the brainstorming process. Whatever answer I would give would not involve PQ, so it feels so basic. 🤣
I think a linear measurement will capture all the horizontal material, and a formula maybe combined with Wall Area would get all the panels and vertical materials.

That makes sense. I typically teach to import the Compare Clouds onto the Overlay document and save that file into the revision folder. This way everything is together. I can see where different folder structures and workflows don’t always work the same. Thanks for the tip @isaac-harned always appreciated!

I’ll have to run this by them. It works from my point of view, but each company and each user has their own unique idea of how things should work (justifiably so).

Then I would have to name the group and it still doesn’t count in the way the customer wants them. Great idea @Vince I was surprised the measurement data was there after the grouping.

a sequence will assign a sequential number as you place them. Window 1, 2, 3, etc.

Thats what I was thinking, there were about six different trim pieces running horizontally in that detail.
