I’ve used this and it works very well.
Spaces is also great for defining an elevation.

One thing I also do is add a note using the Headers and Footer’s option that tells me what drawing package its from.
Nothing crazy, just something like Bid Set or Addendum X
It also gives me another Tag for the set in a consistent location.

Try adding an action using the Forms panel.

Once your button is selected, open you Properties Tab and scroll down. Right at the bottom should be a place where you can add an action.
